Product Manager (Fintech)

Krea was founded in 2018 with the ambition to become the largest procurement platform for SME credit financing in Northern Europe. Since our inception, we have supported 25,000 small businesses in accessing approximately SEK 2.5 billion in financing. Krea is a founder-led company backed by Roosgruppen, ExM Invest, and a group of angel investors.
We are now seeking a driven Product Manager to ensure that we continue to offer the best available service to our customers.
About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to identify, implement and monitor changes that improve the experience of customers, lead partners and lenders.
This usually entails working with a broad range of internal stakeholders, customers and lender representatives to find improvements and communicate a way forward. As well as being the primary point of contact between different parts of the business and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Research: Analyse customer and lender behaviour, pain points and opportunities through tools such as Hotjar and Tableau, user interviews, and analysis of quantitative metrics.
Ideation: Discover new features and identify potential bugs.
Prioritization: Prioritize product development (together with CPO and CTO) for the coming sprints (tri-weekly) and OKR cycle (quarterly)
Product development: Define requirements and create specifications for the developer team (e.g. in Figma). Work closely with the developer team to iron out obstacles and mitigate risk of misunderstandings.
Product releases: Own the release of new key features and ensure internal and external users are being educated about new features as needed. Monitoring of impact / KPIs in Tableau.
Communication: Help drive collaboration between developer team, marketing team, customer success and other relevant stakeholders.
On top of above and for suitable candidates you will be able to gradually take over responsibility of Krea’s usage of Tableau (or other BI tools) for data visualization across product, marketing and operations.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Master's degree is a plus) preferably in one of the following areas: Business and/or Engineering
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience e.g. Consumer Tech company, Venture Capital, high growth startups or management consulting
Interest: Interest in finance and fintech
Analytical mindset: You are comfortable with data and base your decisions on analysis.
Humble but clear visioned personality: You seek input and information to understand but you build your own opinions and are not afraid to get them questioned.
Oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
Beneficial experience:
Development of digital services
Figma
Tableau or other BI tools
Mindset is more important than what you have done previously - you should be able to show that you have the drive and persistence required to build a company.
