Head of Partnerships (Fintech)

Head of Partnerships


Krea is building the leading procurement platform for SME financing in Sweden and Finland. Since 2018, we have helped 25,000+ businesses access billions of SEK in financing.

We are now looking for a Head of Partnerships to own and develop all lender relationships at Krea — one of the most central and business-critical roles in the company.

Our customers choose Krea to access the best possible offers on our platform. This role is fully accountable for ensuring those offers are competitive, relevant, and create real value.


What you will do

  • Own Krea’s lender partnership strategy end-to-end for lenders in Finland and Sweden

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, incentives, and commercial structures

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with lenders

  • Ensure lender performance and continuous improvement

  • Proactively identify new partners and collaboration opportunities

  • Report to the CEO 

This is a hands-on role with real commercial impact.


Who you are

  • Highly driven and comfortable with working hard 

  • A strong negotiator with experience from similar partnership or commercial roles

  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Strong problem solver 

  • Comfortable taking full ownership and accountability

  • You have a proven ability to build strong, long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders


Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Documented experience from a comparable role with responsibility for external partnerships

  • Strong experience in negotiations and long-term relationship management

  • Fluency in Swedish and English (Finnish is a strong plus)

  • Experience from financial services, lending, or fintech is highly relevant

  • Financial analysis skills are a plus
