We are now looking to expand our team with a Finnish Speaking Outbound Credit Advisor who will focus on contacting previous customers and prospects who have shown interest in our service in our Finnish market, with the aim of guiding them to complete a free application.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek someone with at least one year of telephone sales experience, a strong service orientation, and an interest in business. You should be a motivated and curious individual who enjoys identifying customers’ financing needs and is eager to offer a helping hand.

Compensation: Benefit from a salary structure that includes a fixed salary plus commission. Additionally, all employees receive an annual wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK.
Work Environment: Our office is located at Valhallavägen 60 in Stockholm, where a culture of openness, hard work, and strong team spirit prevails—complete with annual summer and Christmas parties, as well as regular afterwork events.
Role Description
Part-Time or Full time Position: Work 4 hours per day on-site at our office.
Proactive Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to convert inquiries into applications. Your targets will include previous customers as well as individuals who have shown interest through a started application, our loan calculator, or by estimating their borrowing capacity via our unique website service.
Sales Strategy: Develop and document new sales pitches and strategies to track lead management efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Be a central member of Krea’s Operations team, working closely with colleagues in Customer Success and Credit Advisory.
Communication: While the role demands significant time on the phone, you will also engage with corporate customers via email.
Customer Feedback: A portion of your responsibilities will involve gathering and presenting customer feedback to help continuously improve our service and platform.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Basic knowledge in economics.
A credible telephone presence and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Basic Excel skills.
A self-driven and proactive personality with a strong sense of sales and service.
A responsible approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience in B2B sales or customer support.
A higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, finance, accounting).
Experience in credit brokering, digital financing, or working with niche banks.
